So far, it must be said:
-------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------
Surface:
The surface like it very much, it does not slip, but is still pleasantly soft.
Sensor:
The sensor (A3090) is used to super until now super soft and accurate tracking with no dropouts.
Can be switched between 400/800/1200/1600/2000/2400/3200/4000 CPI.
Keys:
The keys have Omron switches ---> Mmn. nice click feel, not too soft or too hard, nice feedback for each click. The side keys are with the thumb side (not tip! Seem to be made for use with the side) easy to reach, which is easier to use (as a right-handed) the left button as the right (with the ring finger), so rather a 4 Keys mouse, and you can probably get used to using the right button to (think but rather for left-handers).
All keys are nice and quiet, should not interfere, but audible.
Scroll Wheel:
pretty quiet, lightweight grid, but relatively smoothly. Personally I like super, because I also like to surf the Internet and not hard, very precise "grid mouse Scrolls" need. It is also angehem soft (slightly rubberized?) And as a button, it has a medium resistance, that should not happen, that one puts it accidentally.
Mouse feet:
Sliding on very well, but have again made an extra 0.5mm UDE feet, because I wanted to have a little tick higher. :)
Cable:
-Coated, rather soft / flexible and does not interfere in general. (Pulls the mouse not move around as it is not stiff)
Weight:
fairly easily, according to scale about 85 grams. (I like little mice ---> hand does not tire)
-------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------
Now the "negative":
the LOD (lift off distance):
For people who like a high LOD, it is by working in super. Because it is high. If so 2-3 (ca 3mm) CD's estimate on my Mousepad (SteelSeries 4HD). But can be adjusted by the so-called super "Tape Trick" ---> (google). For me it is now by less than 1 mm, yet adapted super-precision and super. Is somewhat self-work (2 minutes?) But I feel that even as positive as any that can easily adapt to his wishes. (If too low, it could not adapt to higher, but it is optimal.)
The driver (SteelSeries Engine):
The problem that I see here News (11/23/2013): There are no configurable software at the official site of SteelSeries, the Kana V2 is not listed. No CD enclosed. The listed driver of the other mice / Kana1 (versions: 3.1 or 2.8.0171) worked with me not, though I could move my mouse firmware update (as was the Kana V2 listings), but the Config menu did not recognize the mouse.
I had to search through Google's version 2.8.0059 and load so I can adjust them. This should be dealt with hopefully better in the future. But who does not like driver software: After configuring and saving the CPI settings are stored on the mouse, so you can see the SS engine either omit or completely uninstall (including prop hopefully positive in the future..) :).
-------------------------------------------------- -----------------
Conclusion: Super mouse especially in the mid-price segment +, but can keep up with the absolutely expensive mice (they have purchased for 38 Euros ---> a bargain :) but would they even bought me for 50.).
Can I recommend.

UPDATE: Driver now available on the website.
