It looms over the story course much deeper into the soul of the individual characters one than was possible with the predecessors. This affects the game in my opinion, less like a comic, as the first two parts. You can sense from the actions and the dialogues which Batman impels to go as a dark knight every night on crime fighter. Immerse yourself in the social links between the characters (eg Batman and the Joker, but Batman and Gordon etc). You can feel the inner conflict in the world and the perception of Batman in the public (from criminal to hero) and his own perception.
Due to this social draft I'm immersed deeper into Arkham Origins than its two predecessors. And solely on the basis of which the title has earned not a single star less than the full five points for me.
