I noted some highlights with Windows 7:

- A memory consumption remains reasonable. PC hardware geek magazine had even reached the surprising conclusion that 3D games had the same performance with 2 GB or 4 GB of RAM installed in Windows 7
- The ability to use Internet Explorer 9, the first Microsoft browser to hold the comparison with Chrome and Firefox, or even do better.
The fundamentals of a good operating system are present: no problems found stability and native device drivers that allow for greater universality (plug and play, if rather close to a marketing concept initially, eventually become reality). In short, it seems that Microsoft has done a good job with Windows 7, which I remind you, is an evolution of Windows Vista and should be the true successor of Windows XP from the beginning. Windows 7 is the future in my Window XP, that is to say an operating system that will last long and is a good investment. I advise you to install Windows 7 bought a real, not a pirated version because you might turn your machine on a system with security breaches and backdoors other. Cyber crime is now organized and we are no longer in the days when pirates versions were produced by passionate just to glory. If you already have a PC running Windows XP or Windows Vista, there is also a version of Windows 7 "upgrade three PCs" for a very competitive price.
* Update 01-06-2011: small annoyance against Microsoft. I had to spend ten minutes with a voice server, all because I changed motherboards due to bug SATA3 Intel H67 / P67 chipsets. Have to fight and to reactivate exactly the same configuration, but with only a chipset that changed revision is unacceptable. The fight against piracy should not, as is sometimes the case, turn into annoyance for the honest consumer, while the user of a pirated version has no activation to perform.
