Final Fantasy 3 (6), Chrono Trigger, Lufia, Phantasy Star 3 and 4 and so on ...
Then it was in my opinion with the RPG's strong downhill.
The leap into the 3D world, many RPG's simply not cope.
There were also thousands of senseless changes in the combat systems,
which made the games sometimes unplayable.
Everything somehow degenerated into stress and made no more fun.
So I test since many, so many RPG's on different systems,
Be it the latest Final Fantasy parts which are all somehow "soulless" were.
Or Disgaea on the PS3, Kingdom Hearts offshoot, Dragon Quest, etc, etc.
Nothing came even remotely serve up some RPG's from the 90s.
The atmosphere was mostly absent, the soundtracks boring, the characters
absolutely meaningless and combat systems of pure horror.
Then from the whim I ordered Bravely Default.
I had previously thought "again eh NEN match for a ton."
But then I was very surprised.
There was a harmonious atmosphere and really good music!
The characters felt directly as from the 90s.
The combat system could be accessed directly, and you thought you would be back in the beloved '90s.
So I was playing then, and after 6 hours of play, it was a bit lengthy.
The story splashed only to himself, and it was beginning to get bored.
What has contributed to this state that absolutely carelessly designed dungeons, temples were etc.
Every view that somehow the same, and that has nothing to do with '90s Dungeons!
Even in the 90s, there were varied, detailed dungeons, forests etc
What happened here ???
This is unfortunately a thick minus point the enormous steals my game.
I erinner because of the early 90s where Mystic Quest came out for the Super Nintendo.
Even this early concoction had differently designed dungeons, forests, ice pyramids etc.
But why Bravely Default not?
Definitely I count Bravely Default to better RPG's, even at the best of the last 10 years.
But if I'm honest, this is not difficult.
Over the past 10 years there have been for my taste almost only scrap RPG's.
However, you can this game due to the lame dungeon design, absolutely not in the same breath
3 (6) or a Phantasy Star 4 call with Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy.
It is ansich a great game with a lot of scope, however, the story is quite tough and the part
unloving designed around press here the fun factor a little bit down.
If you then marched towards the end, the game collapses completely.
It is somehow exciting (Spoiler Warning!) When you near the end
ends up in a parallel world.
This sounds at first quite exciting, but it is not.
You have the crystals awaken again and lands then again in another parallel world.
And this must be a whopping 5 times make.
There are also many logical errors: awaken crystals after 3 times, the protagonist has actually know
you should not make it better, and yet you have to give the crystals.
Also coming back for the same cutscenes, which no longer fit into the gameplay.
The villain has long since debunked, yet nothing changes.
That is why 3 of 5 stars in my opinion.
Conclusion:
For fans of 90s RPG's, it is definitely worth a look!
But should you be a fan of modern RPG's his, so this game is probably not for you.
I for one have enjoyed the game to the parallel worlds, and then only tortured and bored
continued to play.
These presses the extremely small world with a few cities, a handful of dungeons and boring level design extremely on the mood.
There is nothing to discover and Secrets one looks almost in vain.
Bravely Default is a game that really makes a lot right in principle, but failed at the crucial moment.
