The device itself is already great thought in some things and until recently also reliably in the recordings.
Now the device is faulty ... Poor service at Comag, Hotline duration occupied, no mail address and other Tel.-No. is friendly, but could not help me.
Unfortunately, bought in REAL-Online, and the only reference COMAG.
COMAG can not be achieved. But then has it helped me REAL. From where I got a return slip.

No trace of the receiver. Since May is at COMAG. Still no answer.
Supplement 1.10.2012:
Receiver has come back only under pressure from real since COMAG has responded to any emails, no phone calls and no letters.
The unit was so five months at COMAG. Allegedly, that would have made only a software update, then this ran again.
Why was still at COMAG? Because the postman supposedly my address not found ... then how has the postman delivered the first time? And why no one has contacted me?
For me, everything excuses!
In fact, now the receiver will work.
As written above: Super, as long as it works.
Super bad if you have to take the COMAG service. Then you have lost ...
