I received the camera with a French size outlet.
The sound through the HDMI well you just select the option in the camera settings.

good points:
Support french ok
Functional play store
video playback up 4K format without slowing down and reading .iso.
android quite fluid.
it connects well on my freebox tv and access channels and replay.
a little more apk installer and xbmc tv installed.
hdmi provided.

negative points:
disappointing remote, impossible to do a long press and move the icons (I want a solution).
