Unfortunately, I have allowed myself to be tempted by the low price. The first attempt to connect a Philips DVD player with a Grundig television failed such that the two devices are not always communicated clean. Partial came no image at all - partially defective images. After I swapped the cable with a HDMI cable company HAMA, both devices worked without problems. Still, I could not believe that this cable should be the reason, and so I ventured another attempt between a Blue ray player from LG and a Samsung surround system. Result: The devices do not even found. Summary: I have the cable entry into the bin, because my return was too expensive for the price.
