different order delivery .... 1

I ordered a pack of 5 cartridges, I get after two weeks of waiting 5 bulk cartridges with an unusable, while it was never a question of a different black cartridge in the description.
Trying to get redress, I encounter an extremely unpleasant or insulting anonymous caller who refuses to recognize the lack of description of the item that other buyers have complained.
Amazon should be wary of some vendors they are the representatives that mar its image, satisfactory so far.
It would be good if one is CLEARLY alerted that there was more to do in Amazon at time of order when we switched over to a dealer.
