Difficult to install, and very average quality

Having acquired a new iPad Air, I thought I'd try this instead of other brands I bought usual, especially because the scores on Amazon, and apparently responsive customer service.
At first glance, the product appears quality, and packaging is successful. Except that once you try to install it, you realize that the ease of installation which the seller speaks is not the appointment. So, as soon as one leaves the films of their packaging, we note that the quality is not great, at least not that of a film at this price!
I tried to install the first without success. For the second, I installed it with some bubbles, but by trying to remove the second protection, I remove the film. Ultimately, both films were finished in the garbage (well I have kept as evidence, in case).

It's a pity, for a brand like Anker, to offer a product of this quality. My experience with this film is negative, and I hope a customer service response.

Update: I was contacted by customer service that offered me a replacement, my product arrive in a few days. I hope the installation will be done without problems this time. In any case, I confirm a quality customer service, and although my experience with this film was not great, I kept a good impression on the company Anker, and I probably would try some of its products in the future .
