Disappointed by this shell

By buying a brand of shell I expect a flawless product.
Nothing to say about the adjustment of the phone shell is nickel. The hull is not very thick, which is appreciable.
The matte back gives a quality feel.
Where I am disappointed is at the cutting different holes. It's pretty rough, especially for volume button where it is not clear at all, raspy.
Also I had before without a shell hole for the buttons when I pressed through the hull, and it was more pleasant and convenient than the latter where the button is more difficult to access.
I have not seen the Orzly mark anywhere on the product packaging, to wonder if it is an original product considering the quality ...
I'll probably end up buying another ...
