I was looking forward to receiving this buoy last summer for my daughter 15 months. Quite happy at first, it will if the child remains well supported on the front of the buoy, he dabbles without worry. However as soon as it starts to recover a little buoy abruptly swings back and turns with the child stuck head down in the water as it is securely strapped in. With an older child 3-4 years old who want to learn to walk and swim would be helpful but I find this dangerous buoy for children.
