Based on the excellent feedback I purchased this once cooler on the Amazon marketplace but I had to return it because it does not work at all. I re-ordered directly from Amazon. This time it works well and its size is perfect for my laptop 14 ". BUT its not pull out USB plug allows connection to any other device, not even a USB key 4G, they are not recognized. Nothing better is indicated on the Amazon website nor on the cooler box. Only a small paper slipped inside and readable only with a magnifying glass indicates that you can not connect a keyboard or mouse. This is false because those either are not recognized. Result: you lose a USB port of the notebook by connecting this cooler I have to return it as bad I expected better notice..!.
