Since the PC has been declared as "Silent Upgrade PC" this was the main reason for the purchase.
Even when installing the operating system, I was disappointed. The fan blows the PC all the time to 100%.
Also, after the system was installed, no change. Fan always on 100% and can not regulate themselves!
So off with "Silent Upgrade PC" !!!
