Bought 29 August 2014. Good delivery. Bought for my 18 year old son boarder. Very nice but after the first trip, the bag was torn to the wheels. these are small and the bottom of the bag is insufficient if it is filled. Finally we soon bought a hypermarket suitcase that did not present problems.
I have not contacted the service. I do not recommend this.
