AKG Q701 Quincy Jones Headphones Signature Edition First Class Reference - Green (Electronics)

Customer Review

I have long hesitated to invest that much in headphones. It seemed a little expensive whim and I told myself that I would never find real differences with my previous and venerable old helmet.
I browsed the net and this helmet returned regularly as simply being the best. I love music, mostly classical but I do not disdain the variety. I finally took the leap wondering if my ears were going to really hear what this helmet seemed to promise.
I am of the generation of vinyl. And even if they had a nasty tendency to crack, analog was it well: you could hear everything and until the end of the note that does not allow the digital especially when it is compressed, so no MP3 for me.
And then a miracle: I rediscovered my CD. I seem to hear for the first time that I hear all the time. And that from a single computer on its standard output. I can only imagine what it would be from a dedicated card and / or a hi-fi system.
The statement points in the comments about the discomfort induced by the pads, which are actually a little hard, turned out. One wonders what goes through the mind of the designers to commit such an error. But you get used and, at worst, can be remedied relatively easily by slightly moving the helmet on the head. Personally, I feel the pressure, nothing more. My hair is surely something to do ...
If you like music, whatever the style, and if you have some money aside, it may well be that buying this headset is a (very) good investment.
Certainly in my case, it holds these promises!
