+ The controller is ansich well made, the rubber has a good grip.
+ The knobs also snap at 0, so far as super.
+ The turret for instead of keys (like its predecessor) is well done.
+ The heads are well made.
The Air function is purely a gimmick, to hang up rather unsuitable. After 10x is no longer used it really well ....
There is a (almost pure) controller, the software is critical - so that I can use with the controller. From DJuced40 I am disappointed:
- The BPM function does not always apply the correct stroke, often have to rework manually.
- The song library can not be reloaded. Why is this interesting?
The genre assignment of software often is not the case every taste, therefore like to build its own folder structure on. Moves you now but times a few titles in the Windows Explorer, the software will no longer have the song. You have to move these in either the Software, remap or delete the database completely and recreate .... It's annoying in the long run. The forum there were to no help.
As with the freeware MIXXX I miss the function to be read in the new songs.
A music tagger would have been nice, as the then "Zuklapp-cover".
Who but a beginner controller like, you may pick up the predecessor or buy the 60-80 versions. This controller is suitable due to the large plate for scratching. The sound is fine, nothing to complain about.
Ultimately, one can imitate almost all functions with the freeware MIXXX and a mouse, who can hang up with the notebook use to track an external sound card. What is so nearly 200 outputs therefore is essentially limited to the new hardware. The predecessor is only half as expensive and also require for private parties. Advanced DJs would certainly disappointed here, what alone the outputs As (vlg. Hercules RMX 4780729 2 DJ Console Digital for 50 more).
