Following my previous comment, the SAV Anker contacted me: frankly, I can assure you that the service is listening to you, did everything in their power to solve your problem you have with a real Anker SERVICE after sales. For that alone, I say hat Anker :) !!!
To return the product (the astro3) I ordered it turns out in fact that this battery does not charge when I use it with the original charger Apple 12W-2.4A My Ipad: charger the Ipad (normally in perfect operating condition since recharge my problem without my Ipad and Iphone) overheats when I try to recharge the Astro3 with, Astro 3 remaining on but not charging. By cons, changing this charger with a 5W-1A charger from Belkin, the battery is charging.
Thus, Anker sends me another Astro3 because, apparently, the Astro 3 should also be loaded with the 12W charger from Apple: Anker therefore recognized that there would be a problem on the unit I received . They asked me the serial number to resume production line and have better quality control
In short, Anker recognizes that the product I received is probably defective (it could happen, I easily understand) and makes every effort to fix it ....
I expect to receive my replacement Astro3 and you'll keep if the new Astro3 charge properly with the Apple charger .... hopefully put 5 stars to this product, in my opinion, should normally merit .. .
Regarding the Astro3, and set out the fact of its charging problem with the Apple charger, its size is reasonable, as its weight (of course, it is heavier than a mobile phone but compact)
I would say that one can recharge a dozen times its Iphone. It also charges the iPad.
Everything seems well assembled, and plastic is mostly matt: no fingerprints on it so !!!
The sides are still glossy plastic.
The LED on top of the box allow to know the battery state of charge with good accuracy: the 10 segments form a circle, so each segment corresponding to 10% of battery: 2 lit circles, you have 20% battery, 3 circles you have 30% etc etc ....
One may regret the lack of instruction in French, the document is in English and Chinese

Anker replaced me the Astro3 I had received earlier. I confirm what I said in my previous post: SAV Anker was very responsive, and has addressed the problem with the product I received: a product that is defective, it can happen, to any brand .... but the consideration of the problem, some service in my opinion are much more cautious Anker to account for the problem !!!
After testing the new Astro3 I received, I see that it works perfectly: recharge the iPhone and the iPad, and recharges with any charger: my Belkin 5W and charger for Ipad 12W. In short, everything works perfectly: Thank Anker product !!!
I put the 5 stars that this product deserves :)
