I wanted this bag for everyday city use, where I need to have close at hand certain things always. I have the bag for about a week now and it does it well. The stiff frame and many small pockets make it all possible, that everything has its place. Processing seems good so far and the rain hood can be attached permanently. The only problem are already twice my important stuff out of his pocket fell out, because if you have in the lower lid pocket shut things without them, it's almost as if you have some lying loose on the luggage rack. However, that is certainly only a matter of habit and you do not want to miss this trade. If you see the number of liters and the comparison to other pockets, one makes them slightly larger before; it is quite small; a pair of shoes you would hardly example reinbekommen. So take the mass, if you that's important. The Klickfix bracket is a bit complicated to install; the handyman with a little tool gets back that, but it is more complicated than assemble an IKEA wardrobe in every case. It seemed unnecessary complicated ago and the thing is not sitting quite right. The inputs and notching goes however without any problems.
Like other reviewers also, I ordered the pocket of fahrrad.de, the best seller here. I would not do it again, not even for other products. The order went out on 8.25.11; I think the bag was there on the 13th or 14th of September. Sometime in between is reported amazon what I anrechne them up, and said that the delivery is not gone out. I turned to fahrrad.de, however, who said on their website that they were overwhelmed and could only respond within 4 days. Finally, they alleged that there had been a supplier problem, but others report here also of the long delivery times exactly this bag of fahrrad.de. Whether you want to believe them, so you can you think of yourself. You have apologized - ok - but you do not feel that you, the customer is important, and you can imagine that you order the bag because you need them. - Of course this is only a critique of Rixen & Kaul, if that's true with the supplier problem.
