After being taken to shop approved by Samsung, it turns out that it is a known hardware failure at Samsung ... but the Samsung warranty does not apply in respect of a repackaged product, and Amazon "can not do anything for me," as I was told by customer service.
So a phone meant to be like new, which starts in the trash. This will remain my last purchase on Amazon.
So I said that the note concerns more customer service from Amazon, which paid no attention to my case, and did absolutely nothing to try to find a solution.
