After the install of Windows 8.1 (the entire config is immediately recognized by Windows), I have a pc that runs well certe but made a racket not possible ... After opening the hood I noticed that the rear sys fan is not connected (the cable is concealed behind the motherboard support) and that the front fan is connected directly to the main power supply (which is resulting a speed which is not regulated, the fan always runs at the bottom). after removal of the hard drive (the fan of the wire before being caught by the hdd was not long enough to reach the sys fan connection on the motherboard) I could rewire everything properly ... phew it works! add to that the addition of a dedicated graphics card and a SSD in parallel 1TB provides original, I use SSD to run Windows (that is much faster, the difference is obvious ) and 1 TB of origin for large data sets, software, etc ... I plan to buy one already lining DDR3 barrette additional 8 GB and it will be perfect.
In summary: a pc cheap, certainly, but do not be afraid to get their hands dirty.
