The price range of the two rims trees is the same, but I have found the following differences between Formula 523585 and 1090 Unitec:
- The Formula rims tree acts generally more robust (rods, starfoot) and less wobbly than the Unitec counterpart
- The Formula rims tree a tire casing is enclosed (very handy being with me the fabric during installation is a bit torn along the Velcro)
- The Formula rims tree are little cards with captions at (rear-left, rear-right, front-left, front-right) fit really only on the pins under the tires and are thus not very visible, but is still a nice extra
- The Formula rims tree is a small wrench in, but that is not necessarily an advantage, since the screwing together of standing cross is quite time-consuming it, the Unitec rims tree you can simply use a Phillips screwdriver or -Akkuschrauberaufsatz
As for moving the wheels tree have to say that at least in the Formula in the manual explicitly states that prior to building a final location to be searched and the rim tree, once it has been loaded with tires, may no longer be postponed. At Unitec I have the manual no longer, may well be that that was also there. Nevertheless, the Unitec from the beginning was much shakier and worked filigree.
The significantly better quality and extensive range of accessories (especially the green case) I will give the Formula the full 5 stars, the Unitec has unfortunately earned me only 2 stars.
