The set-up should be simple, but it was not.
I followed the instructions exactly, but there was no connection between transmitter and receiver.
Only after I had removed all batteries and quasi again started from the beginning, it worked.
Furthermore, it took a surprisingly long time (about 1 hour) until the two displays more or less the same values shown when the devices were directly next to each other.
I was disappointed that the device does not have min / max display.
I had to read the product description better, so is my fault, but that's such a basic functionality that I had expected more than to prove it.
In general it is functionality though enough for me, but surprisingly limited, depending on what you are looking for:
- To see the date you have to back open the battery compartment and press one of the buttons located there. Thus, not useful.
- Backlit display, there is not
- Min / Max function is not available
- Phases of the moon does not exist (who needs it)
Overall, the device is "not bad", hence 3 stars, but I do not know if I would buy again.
