This microphone Seems to be designed for didital cameras. It does not fit in my Sony Camcorder Although it what Described as a microphone for both. It probably needs an extra adapter for that. I am disappointed indeed by Amazon is sold as at UNIVERSAL microphone for all brands and types Including camcorders. If you have a camera it may be good. If you have a camcorder Stay away from this product.
