Delivery as always impeccable. Unfortunately, I have not followed the useful for me customer review of "Itze". Both the quick release as well as the standard recording for the trailer hitch is not suitable for my ball head (removable towbar Westfalia). This part has always game and is not secure! After the stress of construction and assembly tests, I had given up, disassemble the product back and return. Everything pretty annoying - therefore no positive rating.
