Creepy: There is probably a firmware update that the USB 3.0 is to solve problems (according to customers - the support claims that there would be no problems, ha ha) - which one gets but only by "begging" in the support forum that is also only occasionally - it is not officially available for download.

Other USB 3.0 hard disks perform at the same port of the same computer any problems. The same hard drives (all the Fantec part is oversensitive and zickt with poor USB 3.0 implementation around.
