I was delivered quickly, thank you Amazon. Unfortunately the product is not working. I'm trying all USB connectors (2.0 and 3.0) from my PC which has only three weeks, the headset is not detected as the playback device or recording (micro). Nothing in the device manager. The remote is tiny (so the volume and microphone buttons) but it will. The USB connector seems fragile, and cable, even if it is 2m, is still very thin. I do not know why it does not work, sold at a great price, but I feel that it is very fragile to a headset Gamer. I asked for a refund to take something beefier and another brand, even pay more.
