Does not work at temperatures below zero

The Recon 550 there is obviously no longer the successor model 750 was delivered the first impression was that this is a handy device that is produced indoors even without switching on the IR laser, a bright image with an acceptable resolution. The problem is the temperature sensitivity. Because I need the device for observing nature at night, the specified area seemed acceptable Celsius to minus 10. The delivered device delivered but even at minus 2 degrees only a bright flickering but no picture, after reaching the room temperature, the function was again ok.

The equipment has been delivered via HUPRA. Repeated attempt to contact with the supplier so far without success, it was not even answered. It is obvious that I can recommend neither device nor suppliers.
