From the idea genial, in the practical implementation, there are problems. My Objective: Fast times in the kitchen, in the office and in the garden TV with PC and Android. Although advertised on the package with the Fritz! Box 7270 this is only conditionally suitable. In the specifications requested telestar namely 1000 Mbit / 300 Mbit. So it is clear that the story only works with the best network, or inexplicably not because the stream breaks off. Some programs can not stream, a clear indication that it does not depend only on the power quality (HD comes in part!). A useful program for Windows I have not found. The channels under [...] call or another last digit is not really comfortable. Toll contrast, the Android app from Elgato is (also available from Amazon App Store 0.99). If it works on my Nexus 3 a great picture and ease of use.
Because of the incalculable interruptions and less comfortable operation from the PC is not for me to use. Perhaps use with the B1 is better. The instructions can be the client side completely left out! The settings in the Web menu are scanty (DHCP network settings, receiver settings). Why not make settings for the data rate to make it work everywhere, or at best an embedded Web server with which you can not only change the settings, but from which you can stream through the browser also programs directly?
