during initial commissioning, the device is in wireless ad-hoc mode, ie you can with an iPhone or iPad (but in return, waive the connection to regular WLAN, this has yet to equal) in the same mode a direct connection to the adapter build. the otherwise rudimentary instruction (5 loose-leaf paper) contains at least the exact IP settings, even if otherwise little useful information. the connection works, the app LuminAir indicates a connection to the node - and that's about it. any control attempt fails, even for a simple RGB LED pot.
So I try it with the mentioned in the user guide app for the adapter. maybe you can cross-check so that at least if it's up to LuminAir or other settings? I also want to move the adapter from the wireless ad-hoc mode to connect to my access point - after all, I want my iphone so continue to operate on the network. unfortunately crashes the app from most menu items and works otherwise not.
The guide is on top of all no help. In addition to the example settings above, there is only a brief description of the properties and the short documentation of the ASCII data format. the support of the manufacturer is also unhelpful. after all, I get the message that is mentioned in the guide app not the adapter is compatible with this version. an answer to the question, as I supposed to run to bring the adapter and even (as promised) can incorporate into my own WLAN, you will owe me.
now running here an alternative product that could be easily installed.
