Article delivered quickly. Seems as ordered. However, although a sticker "Support Win 8" was added on the card stock packaging, this card does not fulfill its function. She is recognized in W8, drivers are properly installed. I connect my camcorder that is also acknowledged. The tape transport functions work but audio / video streams do not pass.
FYI, conf: DELL XPS8500 / PANASONIC NV-DA1 / Studio 12 or Magix Video Deluxe or Movie Maker with the same lack of results.
It is the second card tested is not working on my conf. I am very disappointed.
