For adapter itself: a very billlig processed USB adapter probably will not cost even 20 cents to produce.
On my PC Win 8.1, he was immediately recognized and seemed ready. That's it then. There were no Bluetooth Device
recognized or coupled. Win 8 can since no large settings.
I then bought an adapter from Hama. Has a lot more stable and costs the same. All devices were immediately recognized and coupled. The CSL Adapter went back again!
