Does not work with my printer unfortunately

After installing the cartridges, an error message appears on the printer HP ENVY4502 on display: cartridge must be replaced. This can not be correct or even push away even after several repetitions.
Cartridges were returned, will probably grab it on the original cartridges back.
It may be that the message must be switched off at the other devices (according to vendor recommendation); for me it did not work out.
For quality and pressure range I can therefore say nothing.
Shipping, however, was very fast.

A feedback from the seller to my question the way did not come.
