I run the microscope on my Samsung Galaxy S5.
In addition I have my "mumbi OTG USB Adapter Cable (micro-B data cable angled 11 cm)" ordered so that I can connect the microscope with the cell phone.
To check if a connected device is recognized by the cell phone, I have the software "USB Host Diagnostics v1.3" installed on the phone.
(Whether this is really necessary, I can not say more now, but just in case but I bring it here on)
After several attempts to obtain a reasonable software now shows me the camera images I found at some point the software "dashcam" of droidPerception. Once installed, the camera does have first of all have gezickt short but at the next start I was able to properly see the image of the microscope on my phone.
The software enables both capturing images as well as videos.
While the snapshot feature on the microscope does not work but that I take back gladly.
Here are a few pictures I took with the microscope.
Beard hair, cat fur, surface of a paprika chips skin
By the way: All the here write to get it out of focus or you can see more than the scratches on the lens ... my guess is you have not settled the protective plugs. Because the scratches were also the first thing I got to see. :-)
