For me it was just that my automatic watch does not stop. It saves the winder so the constant re-setting the clock and prevents gum up the oil in the clock.
The mechanism for chucking the clock is very easy to understand. Simply pull out the unit and fix the clock with the bracelet back. Unit push back in the watch winders, choose one of the four programs and on. Done.
The electric motor is pleasantly quiet and does not stand out. The blue lighting is nice but only gimmick. You can not dim or off.
The four programs are as follows:
- Turn clockwise (10 minutes) then break (20 minutes); then the program will start again from the beginning
- Same as above, only counter-clockwise
- Program 3 & 4 are together with shorter breaks, and with both directions of rotation
(Sorry if I can not play in detail the programs but quite as accurate I have the instructions not studied)
