super service, after I had written my negative feedback on the PB (Saturday) 4:30 clock Sunday came an answer in informed me that was one would exchange my PB immediately I answered Monday evening and got promptly at 7:40 ( Monday) an e-mail that you would send the PB again.
At 9:30 there was another call confirming the product that will be shipped and you apologized for the mistake many times.
The PB was actually sent immediately.
