The spray button is secured (you must advance a K-cloth cover lift), moreover, it is lowered, so that an accidental pressing is not possible.
It was important to me that a * beam * and comes from a can * not * spray. I had pepper spray with spray. Spray I find bad, as you yourself relatively easily some of it would collect, especially with some wind.
The shelf life is up to 02/2018, ie approximately 4 years from date of purchase. That's OK!
A (half) point deduction because of the size of the can, I would give 4.5 points.
