The TomTom Support reviewed the process and made the offer, a Austauschuhr (ie a used clock) to acquire for 85. The serial number of my clock would point out that the well-known TomTom at fault with my clock should not occur and therefore no free settlement would be possible.
Since I am always handled with extreme care with the clock, this seems to be a design flaw that still exists in my clock. Thus, I consider the offer for TomTom very poor and there obviously with me for me, this design mistake occurs, I expect at a 199 clock better service from TomTom.
