DUAL IR 5 - which one likes to take with!

The device is very handy - it can find a place where you can position it well always. Thanks to the eingebuaten batteries it is also independent of the string - an enormous plus. Reviews for bad battery life I can not understand. The given four hours of play time make it easy - I even was generally upward.

The device (Wi-Fi reception, looking for stations ...) was very easy. Even without the wizard as you would easily rise.

I was skeptical because of the supposedly poor wireless reception. Well I live in a house with really thick steel-concrete walls. If the reception should be shaky, it is not on the Dual IR 5, but at a weak signal per se. But since I have installed a powerful Access Point, the freedom of movement in the apartment no limits also knows in this respect (often of poor Wi-Fi reception is likely to now only sad transmit powers of the mostly used Fritz boxes or Speedports).

Very positive is the clear display, which comes in a lot of information on RDS FM radio stations or Internet programs. By contrast, even my "big Sony system" rather taciturn. The tuning is easy for both FM radio and in the Internet Radio function. When competitors I experienced labored scroll through reluctantly rolling station lists - the dual-unit works very smoothly in this respect too. The variety of the available stations from the station list is huge. As far as I know, but you can also save yourself Stream addresses.

A props "Save": it can be saved every 10 Internet radio stations and 10 FM stations.

The sound is quite zufrienden stellend. It's just a small device with only one speaker ... as a mobile companion and bathroom Küchenmusikberieseler etc., it is absolutely okay. Who really "oomph!" will have sound, but probably will be very disappointed in general with the popular devices.

The price / performance ratio was good. In this respect, I rate the purchase made a "good decision" and can recommend this with a clear conscience.
