After an ankle ligament tear I bought this bandage to protect my ankle while running something. It serves its purpose wonderfully, is comfortable to wear (through stockings), does not disturb while running and is very well made. Even after many running hours only slight traces are visible, even several washes in the machine it has survived without complaint. And most important: I have again started about 6 weeks after the torn ligament with the training and got no bandage still a thick ankles - with the swelling reduced markedly. Highly recommended!
