Positives:
- The Buy from Amazon
- Very stylistic and modern design
- Very high suction power (no loss of suction at full container!)
- No bag purchase necessary (less follow-up costs!)
- Easy cleaning of the container
- Very competent and fast customer service
- Flat Standartbodendüse (to get practically under a lot of furniture with low overall height, etc.)
Unfortunately, there are also many negative:
- Flex.Verbindungschlauch between handle and instrument clearly too short (device remains permanently in the door frames etc. hang)
- Cheap and wobbly construction (especially seen in the area of the handle!)
- Frequent drop of the Dyson because side Saugschlauchausgang and the problematic wheels (with rubber lining had New

- Often overwhelmed by flat floor nozzle design with larger crumbs (lifting required!)

- The worst but in my opinion is a design flaw:

The "flexible" hose pulls its weight / rigidity to the bracket, and then gives the bracket - is far too

Conclusion:
A renewed buying this device out of the question, to outweigh the bad and the obvious
Design flaw!
To consider am superior a conversion or the purchase of another canister vacuum cleaner.

Edit: Addendum
After yesterday's Customer Center call you moved out with it and confirmed the structural deficiency of this device.
There are now a revised floor nozzle on which the suspension has been strengthened or changed.
As "compensation" was beiglegt me in addition to the new floor nozzle a turbo nozzle and a new development (umschaltfähige floor nozzle for different substrates).
Prima ... so I imagine Customer ago ... thank Dyson !!!!
