Easy to use and so effective! Recommended!

I am very glad that I bought the mat. I sleep better when I lie down before going to sleep for some time on the mat or'm much more relaxed, calmer, happier when I have day used the mat. Also, my back pain and tension have become less.

Otherwise:
+ Nice not to bright green
+ By use on the mattress in the bed, the Yantra Mat fits better to the body than on the floor
+ Also with a thin cotton cloth between the mat and the skin, the effect is there
+ Body parts are warm and well supplied with blood
+ In sidelying application is pleasant
+ You have to "only" drauflegen and breathe calmly, can not be easier
+ The Akkupressurspitzen are naturally sharp and requires a cautious and "mindful" dealing with the mat, including a good mindfulness practice; o)

Next time I would, however, be ordered from a height of 163 cm, the larger mat L to really reach the whole back from neck / shoulders to the coccyx / buttocks. My I wanted after 1.Gebrauch and the WOW-effect just do not change again.
