Handling
The machine makes a good quality and robust impression and the handset is comfortable to hold. The basic functions are to be used with reference to the symbols on the user-friendly keys and the well-read display without additional aids. A backlight can be switched for display and keys, and the contrast can be varied individually. The buttons are comfortable in size and tactile feedback and are a little out of the handpiece. The 5 and the key to accept a call, are characterized by a raised dot and thus clearly distinguished from the other buttons, which makes it easier to connect with the backlight people with impaired vision to operate.
Mostly I call in a very good voice quality, sometimes the interlocutors but only dull and difficult to hear. So far I could not make out clearly the cause, go now but assume that the problem is located at the other end of the line.
Features
Missed calls and the number of new messages on the answering machine are displayed to me on the handpiece. This is even the name of the caller in the caller list, if it is stored in the phonebook our FritzBox. A common phone book for up to 6 registered handsets at the base station can accommodate up to 120 numbers, as can up to 6 speed dial numbers registered and undesired numbers are locked. Positive I values in particular the eco mode, in which the radiation in standby is up to 90% reduced to the extent that no other cordless telephone is within range, which is used. Likewise, the function of locating a misplaced handset in our 5-person household is more than helpful. Awful, I find, however, all 40 ringtones, and I had to choose necessarily a ;-)
All my settings, I have made only by intuitive scrolling through the menu on the handset and selecting the appropriate option. Alternatively, you can but also look at the enclosed, 52-page, German manual, the concise but clear and understandable explains the amazing variety of functions offered by the small camera at this price. Whether you really need all, everyone has to decide individually.
Base station and answering machine
The base station inspires me by her answering machine despite small footprint. Despite all the necessary controls are available for the answering machine, which can be used intuitively by their common symbols. Particularly positive strikes me that parts of a message may be repeated, without me having to hear it from the beginning. The answering machine can be queried both at the base station, as well as via handpiece or external call and controlled, which I find very comfortable. However, I find the best way to deposit in the apparatus a telephone number, which is called as soon as a message on the answering machine is received. The call this number takes place immediately after the recording of a message is complete and not only informed about the received message, but play them on request from.

The phone has convinced me through his simple and clear handling, its various functions and its price. Highly recommended!
