It may turn slowly, ideal for post-trauma rehabilitations as a broken arm which has lost muscle.
One can also run faster, and there, muscular work begins! : D
There are several way to hold the ball (well, to guide his hand instead) so that work several muscles: forearms, biceps, pectorals, shoulders. For now, I have found that works for the biceps but not as much as cast iron;) However, for the front there, it's great! After a few seconds, you feel the contraction of muscles, in order to take some time.
Besides the autostart function "manual", there is the small screen LCD b / w 4 with other features, to see the rpm in real time, another registering the max rpm reached (so as to make a few ti compet haha, see who has the biggest p), another counting the seconds and another the overall time spent on it (it seems to me for the latter).
Item Level:
- Packaging impeccable, contained in a small box of transparent / black plastic.
- A small cd to explain, it's quick and brief.
- The ball.
Disadvantages I found: The ball has a tendency to escape from the hand because my ear tends to slide as the laps ... pity if it would have been perfect. I have an average hand / fingers rather purposes.
And for the price, it's worth a try, at least if the concept intrigues you;)
