Visible results after 3 days. Calluses are softened and the skin becomes very soft feet, even my spouse's noticed, yet until now it was very dry and not very pleasant to the touch but suddenly it became a distant memory !!! The smell is rather pleasant. The only downside is the rather oily texture of the cream. It leaves a feeling of moisture, not very pleasant in the shoes because it's slippery. I recommend it
