To use other free or paid solutions of other competitors in my NIOHC was quickly decided.
I use Kaspersky products for quite some years, for the following reasons:
Few resources used.
Getting started to complicate.
Analysis of hdd fast enough (as capacity and data) and NIOHC analysis.
Utilities for cleaning up your hdd (after a surfing session on the canvas to clear your browsing traces)
A password manager.
A parental control.
Creating a spare in case your PC (infected) can not start.
A virtual keyboard for data back if in case a keyloger is on your pc.
Search software vulnerabilities that are installed on your PC with the link for description and correction.
Updates of virus definitions, very common.
And more.
A forum ruthlessly efficient in several languages.
And technical assistance in case you do not find the solution in the forum.
One last thing you can test for 30 days Kaspersky solutions with all their features, to get an idea.
