Fell in incomprehensibly electrical failure on board Fellowes (reception and impeccable listening), I returned the product (supported by Amazon) sent me in 48 hours, the new section. Chapeau! The product works great and as in the past, I used oil Fellowes every month. The shredded documents are truly unusable and apart from a little noise, this product is perfect for an individual to use and I think, to take bureau.Il 5 sheets without a problem, and have never tested pluss.
