I will say simply that they work well in terms of throughput and speedtest results before / after are at least as good. When I say "before", I refer to my previous Powerline adapter, which were Free CPL 1st generation 85Mbt size of which I was also very satisfied.
So I prefer to dwell on the features that have me more with these latest generation of Netgear.
Needless to say that the commissioning is very simple, since just plug them into an electrical outlet to create a network.
I enjoy:
-The Automatic standby which saves idle current.
-The LED transmission that changes from red to yellow to green depending on the quality of the transmission on the electric network, very convenient to choose the correct outlet or place the adapter.
- The control software (download from the website of Netgear) that can see all adapters, view their performance in transmission and reception, to give them an individual name, manage key network security, turn off the LED lights (for night). All this from a single PC.
-L'ajout An adapter in the network is done by simple connection.
A very nice solution, therefore, especially at this price !!
