I like:
* The capacity of 200 ml, which justifies the price. Moreover, there is no need to put a lot, which makes it pretty economical.
* The cap is protected by a pad, which must be removed, this ensures that the product has never been opened.
* The tube is convenient and easy to open. He has the head-down stopper allowing to always have product without shaking the bottle.
* Despite the smell, the mask is pleasant to use. Its texture is like a milky gel composed of microbeads. It does not sting and does not attack the skin.
* It's quick and easy to care. Its effectiveness is felt from the first use. The skin is clearer and softer to the touch. It was a good clean feeling on the face and neck.
I do not like:
* Its chemical composition (methylparaben, propylparaben).
* Its smell. I find it a bit unpleasant. It smells of medicated cream. This is not really a pleasure care!
* His instructions. It is written in 16 languages and do not really demonstrates how to use the product (often?). It uses the same paragraph on the tube. Moreover it is a global leaflet, which describes the other products of the same range.
* Its packaging. I think the latter is to review the part of the brand. It does not necessarily make you want to use the product (like a drug box).

If the product is manufactured in the USA and is valid for 24 months after opening (that much seems for a cosmetic product?).
In summary, despite some negatives, I find this effective cleaner. The first use convinced me and I am curious to test longer to see if the product delivers.
So I use it twice a week for a month and I will tell you how is my skin.

It's been over a month since I use this cleanser Murad and I must admit that it is really effective. I have not had any bad reaction, my skin is cleaner and sharper.
It's a good cosmetic defects despite that I could find him.
