Effective if you drink it before meals.

Honestly, the early days, this tea had no effect on me, even though I followed all the instructions (all in English, fortunately I understand). According to the leaflet, the same is likely to have diarrhea the first two days (personally, he has nothing happened to me). It is advisable to drink after dinner, what I did but it was not working. Now I drink this tea before meals and there it works pretty well. The taste is a bit special at first, but we made it. After several days of use, I can say that happens is effective, taking before eating (in the afternoon for example) it will be a few hours after the meal. So finally I'm happy with this herbal tea.
