Elegance and beauty

I call the phone for two days and use it both for mobile as well as landline phone. After charging once the battery is still fully sufficient. The exterior of the phone is simply beautiful and very elegant. Clearly one sees on the piano lacquer fingerprints but can be easily wiped away again.

The slider function is easy to use and is-at least in my cell phone no wobbly but sits beautifully appointed.

The camera is compared to my predecessor, Nokia 6131, much better in terms of image quality. However, Nokia could have saved the little mirror underneath the camera lens, which is so tiny that you can not properly use it.

The phone even has an SD memory card slot.

The menu is as simple as ever.

Half a point deduction there because the speed dial buttons 1 and 2 already with the mailbox (1) and the Video Mailbox (2) are (at least for O2 Genion) preset and can not be change, and a further half point I draw from, because the Phone with pulled-out slider can pinch between your ear and shoulder very badly ;-)

Otherwise, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 6288.
